So I had this problem of cashing in from PayPal, again.
But this time, I have my younger brother, Poy, with me in this. Haha
This has already happened to me years ago and what worked for me back then was to relink my PayPal to GCash.

But sadly, it didn't work for me this time.
This is the message I got when I tried to relink my PayPal to GCash:
I submitted a ticket to GCash support but to no avail.
They asked me for a screenshot of my PayPal and GCash profile which I sent them few days later and never heard back.
Fortunately, Poy had a short experience in IT support and shared with me what worked for him after days of multiple failed attempts to cash in as well.
This is what he shared:
What worked for me is to clear the app's cache then relink PayPal to GCash after.
Relinking was finally succesful!
Then I was finally able to cash in! 🥳
